Moreover; after attending many seminars and health expos, she soon became displeased with the deficiency of alternative health education that the neighboring communities were not receiving… so an idea emerged, her passion for health, and love for others assembled, her venture to reach out to the masses became the mission statement of her endeavors, namely; “Educating Families & Bridging the Gap to their HEALTH”. She will accomplish this by introducing to communities her knowledge and resources by way of FREE Healthy Happy Hours. WE will focus on teaching the 7 major areas to achieve total balance in the body, Diet, Digestion, Hydration, Assimilation, Elimination, Exercise and Emotions.
Alina Estrada is a mother of 3 wonderful grown sons and 4 adorable grand-children. Her motto is God 1st, family 2nd, & career 3rd. In 1999 after her owe battle with endometriosis, fibromyalgia, G.E.R.D., ulcers, and sever migraines, she was told by her doctor she had to have a hysterectomy which was not an option. In 2000 Alina began a journey of looking into holistic results. She was able thru prayer, fasting, and changing her diet to achieve her goals.
